anxiété, panique, vertiges, douleurs musculaires, vision étrange, je vis avec l'anxiété depuis 30 ans

as you can see ive been dealing with anxiety panic depression for over 30 years , you would think i have some sort of handle on it by now but i dont on meds etc going to therapy and psycologist ,im so tired of living this way , it stops me from being able to do normal everyday things i cant travel and see any of my family , im so upset with myself , any help at all would be great thank you

You need to learn and understand the skills that should have been explained to you.The only person who can decide what needs to be done is you and you are showing the need to visit family you are half way there.

You must be doing normal life jobs at home, if yu are you are doing something extend your duties and fulfill your needs.

Plan your journey and try and get up the courage to go, do you have anyone who could accompany you

30 years and your still here, through worries and doubts and the pits of anxiety. Your very brave to go through it and you should direct that brave at beating it once for all, anything is possible.

Try self help books as helping yourself feels more rewarding and try mediation and continue to post your story here to be replied to. Go see your family as they can support you and I'm sure miss you.

As-tu vu un spécialiste des rhumatismes ? Ils font plus que la PR, ils vérifient également les problèmes auto-immuns. Je sais que tu as de l'anxiété depuis longtemps et je peux comprendre. Parfois, avec le temps, des choses changent ou apparaissent sans que tu ne saches qu'elles étaient là. Le corps garde une trace de tout cela, alors il faut tout éliminer. Oui, cela peut être l'habitude et la programmation de l'anxiété et autres, mais parfois certains des symptômes que nous avons attribués à l'anxiété ne le sont pas. Ils peuvent être hormonaux ou même liés à des problèmes auto-immuns. Je dis juste. C'est juste une opinion. Cela ne te dispense pas du trouble, c'est juste que certaines choses ne sont peut-être plus toutes liées à l'anxiété, plus maintenant.
