hi, firstly I have health anxiety … on 18th march I had a fish bone stuck on my throat.. then the specialist did a nasal endoscopy on me, the fish bone is out now but now im worried if the specialist tore my esophagus? its been 9 days since endoscopy and I never had GERD or IBS, but now whenever I eat or drink something I get belching and chest tightness, sometimes abdominal pains rarely and sometimes chest pains, i didnt take any medicine at all after the nasal endoscopy. so is it possible he tore my esophagus ? i am feeling depressed..
