Ive been told by doctors after various tests that I have anxiety. Typically, I'm finding it very hard to believe that this is he problem because of the various symptoms I have. I get the following symptoms:
Headaches, dizziness, palpitations, tiredness, blurry vision and brain fog.
I was wondering if anyone else suffers with the same things? Just to put my mind at rest and to reassure myself that these are all related to anxiety?
Right ok - trust me every single symptom is anxiety. Dizzy everyday - head ache everything. Be strong and when you get a pain say - no p*ss off I'm fine! Trust me it works! x
Oh yes...the oh so joyfull experiances of anxiety! i've been suffering the same for just over 2 months now, i'm super forgetful, i can't get some words out my mouth and can't concentrate properly, super tired, feel scared all the time,i feel shakey and some other symptoms too,,i can't even make easy decisions like what to have for dinner at most nights! i don't get much dizzyness now, but my heart keeps feeling weird and i have constant chest pain, like it's bruised or something dunno..but i did get told from the hospital and docs at the health center that it's anxiety...it's horrible feeling pain and everything else that follows it even tho it's just anxeity...makes ya feel a bit nuts eh? well i do at times lol but don't worry..there is plenty of us that go through this,,with all the same feelings and such, your not alone in this.Talk it out more and listen to other peoples stories...should make you feel better...or at least a little better Your body will be very tired,as it keeps thinking your in danger and flares up you adrenalin..even tho there is nothing there to threaten you. Make sure your having a decent nights sleep and drink plenty of water, as dehidration will make you feel i little dizzy, especially if your feeling worried alot.
It is hard to think it is anxiety because of all the pain, and you'd think getting told from docs that your fine will make you feel better..it will be hard to get through for a while, but do talk to the docs about meds or therapy if you havn't got any..
You have anxiety and should worry its anything else. You can get medication to help you with symptoms but genearal the best way is to have Cognitive Behavior Therapy and/or counselling
