Hello to all. I have a lot on my mind. my physical symptoms have been manifesting again after months of being fine. I often get chest and back discomfort that sometimes gets worse when i take a deep breath or move in a certain way, which leads me to believe it's nothing serious. however, sometimes I feel it when i walk but also at rest and it lasts a while (hours). it feels sore. has anyone felt this? i get about one palpitation a day, when I'm resting, that feels like a thump. i would occasionally get them back when my anxiety was bad but not too often. today I had intense abdominal pain that felt like gas and eventually went away after 30 minutes, i was worried because this is not a common symptom for me and I'm very afraid of diseases/health problems. I've been through this and worse (physical symptoms included) and every doctor has told me I'm fine. I'm just not sure why it's coming back.
The chest and back discomfort could just mean tight muscles. i’ve had that for many years and I had to go to physical therapy to do some stretching and it helped. Do you sit a lot at a computer or something similar to that?
Talk to your doctor about some stretches you could do to relieve that.. see if the abdominal pain returns if not it was probably just gas. There are so many non-serious things that it could be. Just let your doctor know if it keeps returning. The palpitations are very common with anxiety and not serious.
