J'AI PEUR J'AI CE SENTIMENT OÙ PARFOIS JE RESPIRE DE MANIÈRE ÉTRANGE......EST-CE QUE QUELQU'UN D'AUTRE A CE PROBLÈME ET QUE PUIS-JE FAIRE ????

 That is very common with anxiety. Millions of people experience that. You need to learn how to control your breathing when you were having anxiety. The more you practice it the better  Control you will have. 

 there is a short audio to listen to on YouTube that you can  use anytime once you learn it. Search for "mindfulness breathing meditation guided 10 minutes". If you have earbuds  use them.  Listen carefully. Proper breathing technique is very important when you have anxiety because it keeps you focused in in the present moment. YouTube also has a lot of excellent meditations for anxiety  that completely relax my mind body and any symptoms I have. Try these things and I hope you feel better
