Hi all have had these whiteish spots on/under my foreskin for the longest of times now and really want it to go now. I just need help possibly identifying it really, I’ve only ever had protected sex with my longterm girlfriend and no other health related issues. Not sure if can visit a doctors due to current covid19 situation but any help is appreciated
I also believe I have sort of phimosis also as I cant get my foreskin over the head of my penis when hard (can do when soft) but unsure if these two issues correlate or are totally different
Lewis, these are most likely to be something that is naturally present on the penis, with the most likely things to be Fordyce Spots or Pearly Penile Papules (PPP).
What you have is that they have developed in a rather unusual manner. I wonder what they would look like if you drew all the loose skin of your penis towards the base so that all of your foreskin is exposed?
I am guessing you are under 25 YOA as things like Fordyce would be fully formed or develop, usually by the age of 26 to 32 YOA?
I also wonder whether you apply anything to your penis, such as a lube, perhaps something like baby oil of skin cream or lotion to your penis for masturbation? Perhaps you use a skin moisturiser on a regular basis? What I am getting at here is whether the spots react to anything that is applied to them, or do they always look the same? If there is no reaction then I would suggest these are Fordyce or PPP …
I be frank the shaft part doesnt look good to me, but those other guys say its normal so be it.
To me the Gland skin being like that is a sign of something wrong, mine is the same, like it wants to come of, dry, wrinkled if you discover something please tell us.
