Last time i had sex and i used a condom i felt like an ob was ccoming  after i finsished having sex 

during sex it didnt hurt but after my vagina was very sensetive and felt like an out break was coming also my vagina was pretty pink

does anyone know of anything god to avoid and ob after sex?

Sometimes i feel as herpes is the worst thing and other times i see it as not the baddest thing.

Are you using lube? If not you should.

Maybe you need to get on daily suppressive therapy

I find that applying coconut oil really soothes after sex, and helps the swelling/redness that sometimes comes right before an OB. This is really helpful for me, and also bonus it reduces the chance of ingrown hair.
