hi, does anyone else experience these physical symptoms or should i be worried? head ace but not too painful, more like pains the come and go quickly, i also have the usual head numbness and dizziness as well as eye stain and struggle to focus. sometimes my arms and sometimes even legs are numb, hand cramps too! ive had a few responses on here earlier today that really helped me, i just wanted to see if anyone else has felt this way?
i always say that anyone with new symptoms should first visit their doctor to have a complete checkup. it could be several different things, including anxiety symptoms but no one on here can diagnose.
