Anyone had success using CBD tincture (0% THC) with a benzo for Generalized Anxiety ?

My benzo isn't working anymore and was wondering what are all my options and I read that some people take CBD tincture (0% TCH) for their anxiety? 

For people that take both, do you take them at the same time or you have to wait a few  hours?

How does it feel to take a CBD tincture?

How long does the effect last? How many times a day do you have to take it?

Yes it’s helped me loads since I’ve been using it. You haft to be careful where you buy your cbd

You get no high from cbd just the bliss molecule . I get mine from cbd eco because it has it with blackseed  and it’s the only uk based company  where I don’t haft to do bank transfers.

I haven’t used them together I stopped taking the benzo first
