Considering this versus Holep. My doctor at University of Iowa says they are about equal in efficacy and complications. I’m on a blood thinner, so need a procedure as bloodless as possible.

I found the answer. TUEB is not TURP. TURP involves Resection and the TUEB uses Enucleation. Hank
TUEB is similar to Holep except done with cautery instead of laser
