i am an exotic dancer and im not sure if this is from the friction of my thong or an std on my perineum. insight would be nice. it hurts but im not having pain peeing or flu like symptoms. i am waiting for blood work results but in the meantime im freaking out. nothing is itchy either. 
it could be caused by either. but hopefully the results will give you answers
something like this has never happened to me before
