i have had these bumps on my penis since 18 and have been tested normal routine. i havent been sexually active the last couple years with anyone and masturbate when i want to get the pleasure i need. the bumps seem to be spreading to me? i am not sure im not a doctor just genuinely curious what these are and if other people have dealt with this like me?
Nothing to worry about, they look like Fordyce spots
