please help. i have had these spots for over two years now and they are harming my mental health because of how ugly they are. are these fordyce spots or something. is there any treatment.

Yes they are most likely to be the classic presentation of Fordyce - lots of men have them like this.
In terms of treatment you would need to consult a Urologist
