**Hello Everyone Sorry for the picture, so for quite some time now after leaving the toilet i can see blood either on my toilet paper or in the toilet, it happens sometimes twice a month, sometimes once a two month and today i decided finally to take this picture to try first find some informations about this. :(
What happens on the picture is not always there, usually after extrection but not always, sometimes after wiping off theres no blood after one/two swipes but when i try to clean harder theres blood showing on the paper like something snapped.
I dont feel pain or and only rarely feels something itchy.

yes for sure they are thrombosed haemorrhoids . They are pretty big and i will suggest you go see a doctor . To live a normal life again your best bet will be to have haemorrhoidectomy done ,though painful and tough recovery but at the end you will be glad you did it
