Are these HPV warts? [Really worried]

Hello. I am a teenager and i've just noticed some weird pimples on my butt and lower belly. I am worried they might be HPV warts. I've had oral sex with my girlfriend (receive and give). I've also had flue-like symptoms a week after the "first time orally", but my whole family had a virus in that period of time. We were both virgin and so i think that this is not the case, but am still a little anxious. I will provide the pictures below so you can take a look. Please help and thanks.

they do not look like warts to me. have you ever shaved the area, it could be irritation from that. i would see a dermotologist

Looks like ingrown hairs to me, and maybe some skin irritation from shaving. It can go away on its own or you can try exfoliating the area or putting some type of skin irritant cream.
