They appeared on my shaft and there is little discharge (pus) sometimes if I squeeze them (minimal amount, though)
The colour around them is pink and lighter than my penis' so they are much more visible and I am very insecure about them.
They are hard to the touch, like two tiny rocks.
Should I worry? They have been there for over a month.
I do shave regularly so I am thinking they might be ingrown hairs? Someone shed some light please!

So when you get a pus, this means there is an infection present. Here is what I have just posted on a similar issue to this:

The way I deal with things that look like this … is to put Liquid antiseptic on it 3 or 4 times a day for 3 or 4 days and see whether it is almost fully healed or not. All you require is a tiny drop on a fingertip and apply it directly without diluting it.
Sometimes, if it is an ingrown hair actually causing it you may get repeated infections - when this occurs you actually need to remove the hair from being in-over, sometimes the hair will come away, or other times you can get it to point outwards form the skin - simply treat as you would the infection so that it heals properly without further infection
