Had this painless bumps for about three weeks. When they started to go away, I shaved, and they're back. No itching, no discharge or any other symptoms. Not uncomfortable, just ugly!

Do you think you could get some closeup photos to upload, esp. the four grouped together on the right side? They could be razor bumps (aka folliculitis) but molluscum contagiousum (a viral skin condition) is another possibility and you could have spread the infection inadvertently through shaving.

Hi, I can’t distinguish any abnormalities in this second photo. I think your best bet would be to see your doctor. Either way, folliculitis or molluscum, are not serious conditions but the significance of each is different.
