thank you for considering my request. As you can see on the pics, my whole penis is covered with white spots. They started to come out circa 1,5 years ago (I'm 21 now), there were fewer spots before, then became more frequent. I showed it to a dermatologist back then. She didn't (or couldn't?) name them, but said they are not contagious. I didn't really think about it until now, but it annoys me and would like to get rid of them if possible... Any ideas or advice?

They are fordyce spots I think. Did you see a doctor yet?
The do look like Fordyce spots. You can confirm with a derm but there is little that you can do about them if they are (and they cannot be passed on).
If you decide to treat them it would be cosmetic. I have read that a CO2 laser (plastic surgeon or derm can do this) can be an option to treat them as well as electrolysis. It may take multiple treatments and can be fairly expensive. They can also come back... Lastly, there are creams that you can try to diminish the appearance but I would not expect much, based on reviews (search Amazon).
