at first i thought it was just razor bumps or friction from sex/masterbation

• little white pimple looking bumps around the edge of the head 

• also on the actual head there’s like small dots maybe like 5 and it looks like it bleed from one of them 

•i thought maybe friction while having sex but now thinking twice ,

The little white bumps around the glans may be pearly penile papules. Which are normal. If you could post a picture it would be so much easier to diagnose
