Back to work yesterday

Congrats Pam!!!  Very happy for you.

Thank you, even felt like I could of stayed longer today at work.

We have a first aid room, wonder if I could sneak in there lol

Is it still a problem for you Graham. I nearly nodded off on the bus today and it's only 21/2mile, yours is a lot longer than my journey.

Your right,  one day at a time and we will get there.  Well done on getting back to work.

Yep - tiredness is still a problem, I think i'm going to have to see my GP to see what he recommends - right now I feel like I need to retire - I do have just over a year to go to state retirement age.   My home life is suffering because I no energy at the end of the week.

I did manage to mow the grass today - it's a big garden (150x 65 ft), thank goodness all I have to do is walk behind the petrol mower, but I was much more tired than I would have been this time last year.

Graham - 🚀💃

Glad you are going to your doctor to check this our. But the stress of recent months has to have taken a toll on you.

I convinced my husband to retire early ... it was worth it for his health (and mine) and the financial penalty was smaller than we expected. The gains were important as he had his first RA flare just before and getting the right mix of meds and rest was a struggle. Also a proud man, he did not want to give up, but looking back ... both he and I are glad for this decision.

It took him a few months to adjust and then his volunteer work and hobbies filled his life and everything began to stabilize. I hope you enjoy the same experience as you have had a pretty rough few years.

Hugs Graham.

I am, thanks Lynn.  It's the tiredness that gets me.  I get exhausted so easily Xx

Ha Renee,

I've put on weight, I daren't even try my whites on until I've lost a few pounds

Tiredness is a problem for me too Graham.  It's not pain, I just get exhausted so easily.  I hope this will pass, I'm sure it will for both of us.

Cels Xx

awww Graham. ...so sorry to hear this and also for Liz ...

getting sick and annoyed hearing this myself, but ....healing is still taking place ..

you have been and still are such a trooper. .how you dealt with the blow of a more or less failed thr, then

the 2nd surgery to rectify the problem, and everything after that ...

I usually have a delayed reaction ... now, 12 months post-op from 1st, 6 months from 2nd, realize what I have gone through. .

sending you light, love and healing

renee

Oh, and also the incredible job you have done in creating this unbelievable Web site

all is well, rocketman

big warm hug

Renee

I thought I had passed the tiredness stage, which I had but it's back with starting work.

If I had the chance of retiring I would take it. I still have 13yr to go, unless they put it up again. lol

Might be an idea to have your bloods checked at the doctors. The last time I felt like this I turned out to be anemic.  But I have just got back to work, so will wait and see what happens.  I dragged myself out with the dog tonight after dozing on and off all afternoon again. But even that took some effort and it was no where near my normal distance.

Oh cels,

me too, darling. ....not sure if I ever can wear white again. .
