BACLOFEN and how to withdraw

i stupidly reduced my baclofen (10mg twice a day) to 10mg once a day with dire effect!! i didnt realise i had to do this slowly and now im feeling terrible…anxious, nervous, irratable etc etc. I’m thinking i should go back to twice a day then start a slower reduction but not sure how to do this. Does anybody know how to , any help would be much appreviated. Thank you
