Okay, so I have health anxiety.. but when I look up anxiety in people, everybody has a racing heart.. I do it only I have an attack, yet I feel this way damn near everyday all day, I feel confused, my body feels almost numb all the time, like when I touch myself obviously I feel it, but all in all it's just like I constantly feel numb. Just a terrifying feeling, I almost feel drunk sometimes and just not all there, I was just wondering if anybody else feels this way? And if you have and got over it, how did you? I've dealt with this for two years now, and I overthink and can't shake the thought all day, which results in me feeling this way the whole day. Please HELP!

Anxiety is not a fashion statement, yes everyone will have some similar side affects although not everyone is the same and that means variations.
You can try Breathing Techniques and Relaxation Technique Mindfulness. They can be found in books, Amazon or also on the Internet.
If your are really bad look for diversions that you can try, Hobbies are also a good way to calm your Anxiety..
Talk to your GP and explain your Anxiety and Panic Attacks, He will try and arrange a treatment plan to help control this disability
