i recently have been diagnosed with anxiety/panic attacks iv been having really bad headaches pains in stomach/chest weird pains/feelings in arms legs back neck i went to the hospital had ECG and bloods both came back fine just got told its medication plus my anxiety causing this it has got worse over the last 2 days only feel normal when im lying down has anyone had the same feeling begore i cant sleep/eat with worry im not sure if im bringing all these symptoms on myself or if i should go back to the hospital again also has anyone got any advice on how to calm myself down and stop myself from overthinking
hiya are you on any medication ? if so how long have you been onit for?
i have just started taking propanol and sertaline been on them for about 2 weeks
in the first few weeks or more your anxiety can get worse when you start new meds. ask your doctor for some lorazepan they really help me calm down when I need them. if you don’t inprove in another 2 weeks or so may need to increase your sertraline to see if that helps

lorazepan has been a life saver for me at times until my meds kicked in. shouldn’t take them for more then 4 weeks as you can become addicted to them but hopefully in the next couple of weeks your meds would of kicked in and your feeling better. are you in the UK?
hopefully my doctor will prescribe me some tomoz because i have been really bad the last 2 days. and yes im in the uk i live preston lancashire. how about you?

hiya how did the doctors go?
he didnt want to give me the lorazepan but gave me 5mg diazepam which has worked a treat tonigt only 5 days worth though just to calm me at night feeling much better today hopefully same tomoz hope your feeling good also
