Bad , weird headache for 4 days...

So I’m an admitted hypochondriac. I have bad anxiety and I’ve had headaches all my life and up until I gave birth last year they’ve been worse but these past 4 days have been awful. I’m 22 also. So the headache pain is pretty bad I can’t say it’s a migraine because I can still pretty much get up and move and not have to lay in bed. What’s getting me is this horrible pressure and fog. I feel like my head is full of air and my face (eyes, and cheeks) feel full of pressure and are numb feeling too. This has been going on for 4 days. The pain is just dull and pretty much all over down my neck except it’s worse on the top of my head. I’m so scared somethings wrong with me like a tumor or aneurysm. Can someone please give me some reassurance I don’t go to the doctor until Thursday.

Not many people respond here. Though, I'll try my best to help you out. Like, you I'm diagnosed with Hypochondria, also have Anxiety, Depression, and OCD, and lets add IBS for good measure. When I'm under severe stress through most of my life (I'm 33) I've had headaches. Though, in 2015, I had the exact headaches you mention. I went to my primary and she said its just Anxiety - and these type of headaches are called Tension Headaches that feel like band that pressuring around your head that goes from either the top or sides down to your neck. I had these headaches in 2015. Though, never had them again after I took antidepressants. Right now, I'm going through Antidepressant withdrawals and I'm experiencing the same thing at the moment, though with added niceties of off balance/vertigo, rashes, or hypersex drive. As far as I remember, brain tumors or aneurysm don't cause such symptoms. Your Primary might tell you the same thing when they see you. This is going to be Anxiety.
