Penile meatus been inflamed/red for a while now about 2 year, doesn’t bother me in any function way (sexually or using the bathroom), but is physically unappealing. Used to have smegma but haven’t in over a year, I wash daily but still inflamed, tried mild hydrocortisones and mild antifungal creams nothing works hoping for some advice!!
