Hi there, im looking to see if anyone has experianced extreme balance issues, not feeling dizzy but having episodes of a swaying sensation the feeling is like being on a boat, ive been taking ramipril of 6 years, and over the last 3 years this side effect seems to appear every so often, to the point where i dont want to do anything but lie down all the time, also since taking this i seem to have a increase in anxiety, any advice would be great

i have been taking Ramapril for a couple of years was on 5mg now on 2.5mg.
a couple of months ago i was experiencing vertigo but not dizzy feeling very unbalanced.
when i look ahead when walking it feels like i am swaying
