This all started about 4 months ago. Reflux, nausea, gallbladder pain yellow loose stools. Ultra sound showed no stones but Hida Scan was 2 percent. I had an endoscopy prior that showed no inflammation. I had surgery about 8 weeks ago, still having constant nausea and diarrehea. Have been on Carafete for suspected bile reflux for 5 weeks with minimal relief. I am also having burning under left rib and in sides which was also present prior to surgery. They are doing another endo and coloscopy to check for issues and bile in stomach. My question is this, i have read the bile reflux is chronic is there anything else to do for it? I did cough up some bitter yellow fluid this morning and have had a weird metallic taste at times after eating. Will this go away?
