Black spots under head, white lumps on gland, and brown circle around shaft??? Never had sex. I'm 17
Hello, I'm 17 and I have some weird stuff on my penis. On my gland, I have white spots (could be pearly papules). On my shaft, there is a brown ring (which I heard is probably normal.), but today, 4 black dots/bumps appeared under my head. Maybe it can be Penile Cancer? but that's uncommon for my age, but I do have some Lymph Nodes in my groin for over a year. I'll attach pictures of all 3 problems.
I do masturbate unlubricated and dry, and not that lightly.
first things first. those dots under the head of your penis are pearly penile papules. benign and completely harmless. second that brown ring around your penis is where the doctor circumcised you my dude.
as for the dark spots on your penis. i really dont know anything about that. and as you said penile cancer at your age is pretty uncommon to say the least. i think you should go to a dermatologist not a std clinic because youre a virgin and not showing ordinary signs of any stds ive ever seen/researched.
