Bladder bloating -urine retention hotpack or cold pack

Hi does any one has any experience of what to use for bladder swelling / urine retention relief . can a hot pack or cold pack work ? many thanks Sarah

The only relief for me was having it drained. Have you seen a doctor about it?

Thanks Tony .. i tried hot pack . thankfully it is better than before . i will wait a bit to see if it gets better on its own before seeing a doctor .
