have had suspected internal hemorrhoids for last month or so which has made me had sensation of not being able to empty bowels fully.
Dr has said I have ibs too and get occasional cramps .

this does not look like blood. Based on the photo it looks like a foreign object, perhaps this was accidentally mixed in one of your meals and was eaten by mistake.
