hi all ! since yesterday my bp is around 127/75 which is high for me because i run low ,usually 100/65 ! im having headache because of my elevate bp ! its 127/75 to bad ? im 30 years old ! my heart rate is normal now 69-75 usually i run high on the heart rate! looks like i will never ketch a break from this cycle ! thanks for reading
