I've been taking fluoxetine for four weeks now. Gradually increasing the dosage to twenty mg. My vision is blurry and it's like my pupils do not dilate right. I'm supposed to go go up to 40 mg tomorrow but I am scared to bc of the vision issue. It feels like I stare off into space at times. Has anyone experienced this. Among this is is shaking. Can't sleep and night sweats. Do these things pass?? Please help.

Those are unfortunately some of the common side effects of Prozac. With the eye issue, some scarring occurred to my iris. About 8 years ago my eye doctor told me about this. The cause at the time was unknown but I had to stop wearing contact lenses. It was only in the last month that my blurry vision has subsided. I have finally gotten completely off Prozac after 30 years of use. I have been off it since April 18, 2017, about 6 weeks. No blurry vision any longer, but damage done! I hate this drug and caution anyone against ever starting to take it.
Also, over time Prozac made me nervous and anxious. Still not sure whether that will ever go away.😡
Ich hatte nie Vision Probleme... aber dieses innere Zittern ist normal und der gestörte Schlaf... das geht nach einer Weile weg. Ich würde nicht gleich auf 40 mg gehen... Ich würde erstmal auf 30 mg erhöhen. Mehr Nebenwirkungen bei einer Erhöhung sind normal, also erwarte sie... aber sie gehen alle vorbei... es dauert nur Zeit.

Yes all of the above I just increased my dosage
