Sounds like could be dry eye. I have that happen to me quite often. If your tear film isnt just right..there are 3 layers to it,it can caus issues like you described. Especially if the oil layer is off. Try looking up mgd eye and also dry eye blurry vision. Just an idea. Happy New Year,hope you are better soon.
If you have blurry vision in only one eye,then your brain will automatically select the vision being received from the best eye[your left] and you can feel the switching back and forth as the brain tries to make sense of what it is receiving. Have you had your eyes tested recently? If this blurry vision is something new then you need to see an optician ASAP. Dont delay...your eyes are so precious.

True,i have cataracts after 8 visits to an eye doctor they found that also.
