Body Odor Helpppp

Okay, I've been dealing with under arm body odor, and the smell is nasty to me. I've tried all types of organic deodorants, the ones with aluminum give me breast pain, so I try to avoid them, but use them only in emergencies. I shower daily, but sometimes when I'm out shopping or at work I have to wash my under arms to get rid of the smell. Baking soda makes me stink more., vinegar is not for everyday. Is anyone dealing with this yet? I know the ph of our bodies change during this phase but this is too stinky! Any suggestions to this awful smell?

I use sure maximum protection, it's a fiver from all good supermarkets and chemists, used it for years. It's fab and doesn't ever let me down x

Thanks Donna but I want something that doesn't contain aluminum.

raw fresh cut lemon ? never tried it though.....agree body odor has changed...family members say sad

Ah right. I didn't realise it had aluminium in it lol. I've tried mitchum too, that was OK and driclor (that gave me breast pain and lumps under my armpit!!) maybe Google it and it might crop something up xx

For I used lemons when I work as nurse, but now with the change they don't work and it gives a different body odor that well doesn't smell clean. Thanks for the suggestion though.

For year's***

I too have the smilar problem. I never remember my under armpits smells much in the past but last couple of years so there is certainly a different smelly smell. I feel very uncomfortable and emberrassed about it. I also tend to smell behind my ears, top part if the ear!(I wear glasses all day) It is awful. Even after a good shower and wash the smell cones back. I will also appreciate any comments /suggestions on these too. Thank you

Its a serious problem that most women wont address publicly, I have had it too and its bad. I found regular deodarants gave me lumps under my arms and breast pain, because of the aluminum, I AVOID it like the plague especially since as you know I have problems with cysts, swellings. I use baking soda in the tub along with natural lotions from the health food store. Lemon juice from pure lemons has helped me a lot with smelling better. I drink it.

Have you thought of carrying around moist towelettes, you can get organic kind with no nasty stuff.

i did an experiment.. I really upped my water intake , I'd say ten glasses , most of the day I was drinking water, anyway kept this up for a few days and  for the first time I didn't wear deodorant and I sweat but it didn't smell! I've gone a week without wearing it, usually for me if I forget I will literally start sweating smelly sweat by the time I've jumped in the car!

So maybe there's something in flushing yourself out..

alternatveky try try coconut oil with a drop of essential oil.

ps I only use natural deodorants so I can testify a lot of them make you smell worse once sweat mixes in with them.

I've used Mitchum solid deodorant for years and it works really well even after gym workout!

I am thought it was just me I've tried the one from bath and body works and to my surprise it works great and all day

Which one please. I didn't know they sold deodorant?

I just checked they don't sell deodorant, so what is you buy?

I get a rash and breasts pain with commercial deodorants, Mitchum is extremely too strong for me, plus it has aluminum which I want to avoid.

It's called crystal it works great no aluminum in it

Wish I could post pictures I would show you I live in united States and they do sell it here hun

It has potassium alum which is still a derivative of aluminum chlorohydrate.

Yes, I live in the States, and I bought one called Crystal, that claims it a natural mineral salt. Well, it's still a processed item because potassium alum is not found in nature but created in a lab..I suspect with one with the pink/lavender label. If it's not let me know. If it is then thank you for trying.

we have a certain crystal like alum available here...it looks pretty raw like seas salt except the crystal is huge

ive seen it used to make sediments in drinking water settle making the water clear.

ive used it in a glass of water - just swish it around inside your mouth and throw out the water - gums feel tight and any inflammation gone.

im not sure if its safe though
