Hey dear. I was trying to find the other book that was mentioned on here.  Our library is under construction.

Suzanne and her doctor cover a lot of issues stated on this forum. It's good to read anyways.  She dedicates the book to her husband.

How funny I was just about the same topic Dottie

'What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause" John R Lee MD

" What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About PeriMenopause" John R Lee MD

Hey girl we need all the info there is about this change.  I haven't read them yet but the back covers sound real good.  Today was a good energized bunny day so got lots done cause tmw may be a couch day.  I read on couch days ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ช  haha. I don't know how some work and deal with this stuff going on.  Have a good day! xxoo

My doctor never told me anything about a premenopause.  What is that?? haha.

I am one of those workers but at least I am upper managment and can suffer in my own office lol

Premenopause! Did I miss something! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Hi Astrid you are lucky to work in upper management you can hide ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜ค This is 2 days in a row I feel better.  I stopped the useless multi vitamin.  I found vitamins by Jameisen.  I take vitamin A, B6, B12 I found a higher dose, C drink milk and yogurt, D, E and there is no F but I created one and its a swear word!  haha This better help.  Take care and have a good day dear!  xo

Hello Dottie, Jay

Yes thanks goodness for an office my desk draw has more vitamins on it than a Pharmacy lol.

Correct work does help for sure.

Stopped a few of the supplements though and Jay please don't shoot me ๐Ÿ˜„but I am taking Menopause Support Formula with "soy" isoflavones and the flashes are subsiding and the night sweats its made by Active Naturals.

Hugs to you both, keep smiling xx

Howdy Astrid glad the flashes are going.  You mean you stopped flashing coworkers oh oh you mean hot flashes?  lol. We do what we have to do to feel better.  Are they at the drug store?  My sister has terrible night sweats.  I told her to sleep in her birthday suit.  ๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. Chat later! ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

Hi Dottie

Hi. You can tell I'm feeling better.  I'm back to being sarcastic.  Maybe I never stopped?  ๐ŸŽ€ Oh well.  ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I found B12 with 1200 mcg so that's better cause I need energy. If I dont have energy I feel awful.  It ruins your life really.  I used to be energized bunny but perimenopause threw everything out the window.  Trying to survive happily.  Take Care xo

hi Dottie

when i took B12 orally i had 5000mcg B12 5000mcg Methyl, red label, cherry sublingual ( melt on the mouth) chewable powdery ones ..

from amazon sites ..

B6 also helps energy, always take in morning ( i think you said you do) get the benefits for the daytime .. you dont want to be energetic at bedtime

oooo errr misses..

how much B6 do you take .. 100mg
