So about 2 weeks ago I experienced blood on my toilet paper when I went to the toilet (not in my poo) that carried on but it went away after a few days, then about 3 days later it happened again this time I wiped hard and there was more blood so I got worries but it went away again after I put cream there and last night it came back again. After I wipe my bum I have an itchy irritated feeling and burning for a couple of minutes, I’ve heard it can be a lot of things such as rectum or bowel cancer or piles and anal tears I’m worried I have bowel cancer and the more I think about it the more I get wind and want to go to the toilet and die to my anxiety I get stomach pains what is the chance of something bad?
Go and see your doctor.It sounds very much like piles as they do itch and bleed.
I Would get it checked sooner rather than later it sounds like colitis
Could it be anything serious, the blood is bright red and I’ve not lost weight or anything my diet alately has been pretty bad and could anxiety give me stomach pains and want to go to the toilet?
The problem with digestive system problems is that there are so many possibilities. I would have thought that cancer is the least likely of the options at your age, especially as you are not losing weight. You really need to see your GP, though, and have some tests to find out just what your problem might be.
Blades I'm not a doctor but the itching and burning sounds like hemmroids which I thought I had but it was actually lymphocytic colitis which is treatable treatable with steroids but a colonoscopy is really the only way to know
