Hi all,l have a prolapsed disc and am at my worst at the moment. l have done all l can to try improve but to no avail! My next option is an operation. Has anyone tried bowen therapy for severe sciatica?
No harm in trying it another option that I regret not trying years ago is Alexander technique.
hope your on good pain medication you may need it done to un trap the nerve ive read a few ladies have had it done sending you lots love 
I havnt had this because theres no one in my area that practices it but my sister in law swears by it! Also have you looked into spinal traction treatment?
I asked my GP about spinal traction he was not at all in favour of it. I think it was the Daily Mail that recently did an article (that was more like a massive advert) on it for the same clinic in Hove.
