Desde que sufro de pmr y dolor miofascial, me presentaron a Bowens por un compañero de sufrimiento en el foro. He tenido un curso de 8 sesiones, después de una sesión me sentí maravillosa y podía mover el brazo y las piernas con facilidad, un día o dos después tuve bastante dolor, pero continué con las sesiones. Me complace decir cuánto me ha ayudado esto, no solo en el aspecto del dolor, sino en mi salud y bienestar general. Es posible que tenga que volver a tratamiento en alguna ocasión si es necesario. Sé que no funciona para todos, pero puedo decir que hizo una diferencia para mí.

tisser i cannot givve bowens enough praise given me loads of help i have had aset of 4 treatments and 3 monthe after i went for 1 session top up, still feeling good pain free. it is not for every one as it dont always work, but since my treatment i have recomendedit to lots of friends, and they agree it has done them good too not only works for pmr but other probs

What pain treatments are provided to help me?
The consultant at UHND Pain Management Centre here at the NIHP Durham will carry out an assessment and produce an individual Treatment Plan. This will consist of one or more of the following treatments and services:
· Acupuncture, Bowen Technique, Physiotherapy & Corrective Exercise
· Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology & Sleep Support
· Wellbeing & Self-Management Mentoring
You will benefit from the majority of these services at the UHND Pain Management Centre within the NIHP here in Sacriston, near Chester-le-Street, Stanley and Durham City. Some services, such as scans or intensive procedures, will require appointments at UHND but we will tell you in advance if that is the case.
