ladies just checking if this pain will stop on my left side. i had 2 good days last week where i actually felt great, like my old self and them this morning it was back😑
i have the same issue with my left side for about 8 months. i feel like maybe anxiety has a bit to do with it. im always so sickly feeling im scared im having a heart attack. that ofcourse makes my anxiety worse and i just know the pain on my left side is reassuring me its a heart attack. i just try to tell myself its anxiety and try an calm myself down so it will ease. sometimes it works but ugh, most times it dont.
