For 34 days I had a fracture of the fibula in a sport activity, when I last checked with the traumatologist after a month of the fracture, he told me that the callus was formed and that everything is fine, but He added me 10 days to keep the plaster, but I do not feel any pain for 14 days and I can put my leg without any problem.. help pllz

I broke my fibula at the beginning of December and had to keep the cast on for 42 days. Like you for the last 3 weeks in the cast I had no pain, could stand up easily and even walk a bit with it on towards the end. It is holding your ankle and leg stable and acts as a support. When it comes off you'll likely be a bit weak, stiff and sore for a couple of weeks, more so than you are now because you won't have the stabilising support of the cast. I know it seems a long time but do what your doc says. You'll be fine in the end. I remember thinking when I'd been in the cast 4 weeks that I'd be able to walk if they'd just take it off, when it did come off walking was much harder than I thought it would be for about 10 days.
