Hello! Thank you for all the help and replies. So, I figured i would write a discussion board to figure out what is going on. I plan on going to the doctor, but am a little hesitant because I am currently living in Belarus and don't really want to expose myself to COVID-19 and to try to explain my situation to a doctor in my poor Russian skill. haha So this is what happened. My girlfriend and I are in a long distance relationship for two years and recently started living together three weeks ago. We had sex two days ago after both getting pretty drunk. We had sex twice and they were more aggressive as usual and a lot more sloppy (thanks alcohol). Several times my dick slipped out and she kind of smashed it. A modest pain but have experienced it before. We usually start with unprotected sex and than move into condoms. (I have used this condom brand for 4 years now and no issues. Plus it is supposed to be natural. The brand is Sustain.) I realized what looks like bruising on the top of my penis head this morning (two days after having sex) when I had morning wood. The site isn't itchy, not sore, no discomfort, no discharge, just the discoloration of the skin. the site isn't raised or seems to be "under" the skin. I am circumcised and usually take a shower every day. I have talked with my girlfriend and shown her the mark. We were both tested for all STDs before having sex two years ago and we were negative for all. As well, (at least for my part I can guarantee) have been faithful and not had sex with anyone else. I believe that she has also been faithful. Like I said, I am not terribly concerned with it as for the most part it "shouldn't" be anything too serious. I will continue to monitor it and update everyone. If it continues to stay than I will swallow my pride and go to the doctors. Thanks for the help!
After two days, it seems to be healing just fine and the bruise is going away. Just limiting erections and usage. I expect it to be completely gone within another 2-4 days.
Could be due to the rough sexual act.
It should heal on its own.
Try topical steroid creams or moisturisers.
