Herman its most probably a sebaceous cyst.Does it itch or bleed or crust without you picking at it? If it does then try to call your doctor but if not then try to leave it alone. If it becomes larger then your doctor may be able to have it removed for you via local anaesthetic. Takes about 10 minutes.

Probably best to get a doctors opinion then. The top of the head is very susceptible to sun damage and always wise to get lumps and bumps there checked out. Especially those that get crusty or bleed.

I have 7 of those on my head!! My Grandmother and father both had the same things. I am now 34 and WILL be going to see a dermatologist.

It could either be the start of a ringworm, or it could be ingrown hairs. Either way it should go away over time. If it does go away over 3 weeks, then its time to get it checked out. It definitely is not cancer.
