First I got bumps on my penis. At that moment I thought it was molluscum but it has no dimple in the centre.It took weeks so get big and when it gets big is becomes painful and then bursts with puss coming out and sometimes blood.It then took months to spread to my back and then chest,arm and neck so can someone please tell me what this is and how to get rid of it Thank you for taking the time to read this
