Bumps on penis head

Just noticed over the past few days that the head of my penis appears to have tiny bumps almost all over and a little red in places. I noticed it almost a day after I had protected sex. Too soon for an STI to take effect so was thinking maybe a reaction to a condom but never had that before.

I did have unprotected oral and genital contact/frottage a few weeks previous however so am worried about HSV/HPV. I feel like I have noticed some slight itch but I think it may be psychosomatic, I can't say I really have other symptoms for sure.

Do you think anything to be worried about?

Thank you for opinions and advice

It could be an infection such as staffilococcus curable with cream

It's hard to offer advice without a pic, but it's probably just balanitis.  If it is, then these links may help:

Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream.  Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.

You need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window to add pictures.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:
