hi i have these bumps on the shaft of my penis. should i be worried? they are painless and not ichy so i hope it isnt herpese. i was thinking they may be genital warts... please help!

This is NOT how herpes presents itself - it is most likely that these are a natural part of the make up of the base of your penis.
What I would suggest is that you carefully trim away some of the the pubic hair in the area where the bumps are most pronounced and take 1 or 2 clear photos in bright daylight of them and post them on here …
