Bumps on the corner of my lip

Hello! This morning, I woke up to bumps on the corner of my lip. They do not look like the traditional cold sore and they are not filled with fluid of any sort, and I take medication that prevents colds sores, since I also have OCD and those are one of the things that trigger my OCD.

I would not be concerned if it wasn't for my OCD and I just want to know if this is definitely not a cold sore, and what exactly it is. 

The area itches, is red, feels dry even though I put moisturizer on the area. I have not touched it, due to my OCD and because I do not want to make it worse. I only touched it when I put moisturizer on. 

I have attached a picture so you guys can see it.

Also, I wanted to say, no, I am not sexually active, I do not do any of that stuff, I don't even have a significant other.

Most likely from shaving. Do you use disposable razors too long before discarding it? Might be a possible cause.

I'd suggest, if it's still there, to see a dermatologist.
