I have a burning sensation in the meatus, for the past 5 weeks. It is made worse if I masturbate or have sex. The only things that make it better is bepathen and canesten creams, plus some ice pack on my penis. My GP thought it could be UTI, but all urine results came back negative. Plus, blood test for chlamydia and Syphilis came back negative. Then I went to an Urologist that checked my penis and did a quick urine test. He said all was fine and diagnosed as Balanitis. I still get the discomfort every time I get an erection or masturbate. I was get burning after peeing, not during. The penis glans seems sore, but I don't see any visible marks. I'm circumsized. Is this Balanitis? If so, is it due to infection or masturbation/sex? What can I do to make this constant discomfort go away for good?

Did the utologist give you any cream? If not, Canesten may help. Take a leak and wash your penis after every time you masturbate or have sex too. If you just roll over and go to sleep, you have bodily fluids drying down there, and it's sensitive skin, so it sometimes reacts.
Hi, I took canesten and bepathen. It helps, but it seem to treat the underlying situation. Going to a dermotologist, but I'm more inclined to think this situation was due to masturbation or sex. Not sure if it's candida or any other infection.
Sorry, I missed the part of your original post where you mentioned bepathen and canesten creams. If you've been tested for UTIs and STIs though, then it does sound like balanitis, though that covers a wide range of different things. It probably is related to masturbation or sex, but that doesn't mean that a dermatologist might not be able to help. If I were you, I'd see your urologist again though. If he hasn't heard from you after the initial visit, he would assume that everything's fine, since a lot of these infections clear up in 2-3 days.
It might be worth your partner getting checked out too, as these infections can be passed between partners.

J'ai tout essayé et vu tout le monde, des dermatologues aux médecins généralistes, en passant par les médecins spécialisés en médecine buccale et les spécialistes de clinique.
Tous m'ont fourni presque le même type de médicaments liés aux rapports sexuels vaginaux avec un partenaire atteint d'une infection à levures.
Médicaments utilisés;
nitrate d'izoconazole à 1%
capsules de fluconazole à 200 mg pendant 7 jours X2
Tout a commencé comme un jeu de chat et de souris, appliquer la crème pendant une semaine, arrêter un jour ou deux, l'irritation persistera.
Le savon causera une irritation, alors j'ai tout traversé jusqu'à ce que je découvre DOVE, que j'utilise actuellement jusqu'à ce jour, à partir des laits corporels AXE ou OLDspice. Les sous-vêtements causeraient des problèmes supplémentaires, j'ai découvert que les slips serrés en coton à 100 %, sans aucune couture au centre, aideraient à isoler les frottements causés sur le méat ou la glande.
Gardez à l'esprit que je ne suis pas circoncis, donc lorsque tout cela a commencé, ma lubrification naturelle sous mon prépuce ne permettait plus à mon prépuce de couvrir la glande.

Une fois que j'ai réduit mon anxiété de moitié, j'ai commencé à voir des résultats. J'ai couvert tous mes dépistages des MST à l'exception du VPH, pour lequel une verrue existante est nécessaire pour l'analyse.
J'étais heureux de savoir que toutes les maladies à long terme ne m'avaient pas infecté, y compris les cancers ou la syphilis.
Je sais que le VPH peut être combattu avec un système immunitaire fort, alors j'ai commencé à prendre des compléments alimentaires avec mes entraînements, à réduire de moitié les viandes ingérées. Boire beaucoup d'eau citronnée et espérer l'éliminer un jour.
Conseil, évitez l'irritation, dites adieu à la masturbation et mangez plus sainement au cas où des traces seraient laissées non remarquées, qu'un système immunitaire sain pourrait combattre de toute façon.

I had the same issue mate & I was diagnosed with Trauma (meaning my penis had a trauma after wild sex). Mate I nearly lost my head especially I tried everything & NO one can tell me what’s wrong.
