I woke this am with a Splitting headache and a feeling of butterflies in my abdomen (but NOT in a Good way like when you're excited about something!) does anyone else ever experience this feeling? it's SO uncomfortable and disconcerting. and this headache hasn't even responded to 3 Excedrin and an ice pack! I also have an appointment today with my primary to try and get a referral to a therapist and a script for some meds.....so I'm very anxious as well.
