I recommend going to a gynecologist and getting a wet mount done because BV can be very tricky. Are you experiencing any itching or burning sensations?

no itching or burning just a lot of excess discharge and little bit of abdominal pain during and after sex

That sounds more like BV or Trich. The discharge you presented doesn’t resemble thrush. It’s really best to go and get checked so that it doesn’t develop to pelvic inflammatory disease if it’s indeed an STD and not BV.
