I've been diagnosed with aniexty. I went to the doctors today and she checked my blood pressure which was 98/70 . she said it was a little low but nothing to worry about. But I have aniexty so I still worry. Can aniexty drop your blood pressure? Should I worry? Help!

No, anxiety actually raises blood pressure slightly, which again is nothing to worry about! No symptoms of anxiety can actually harm you. Anxiety was designed to protect you from danger, not to cause it!

Anxiety would not lower your blood pressure. Salt would raise it, or help raise it. Try eating some salted food and drink a glass of water with it and see if you feel a bit better. Warmer weather can make it a bit harder when you have low BP.
